  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $29
  • For orders under $29, a flat shipping fee of $3.99 applies

All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on the way.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • US: 7–12 business days
    • Europe & Asia: 5–7 business days
    • Other regions: 5–12 business days

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

At LabX, every piece is carefully handmade and thoroughly inspected before shipping. We photograph each order before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy. Due to the handmade nature of our items, we kindly ask for your understanding and attention to the following return policy:


📦 Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

 

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at labxshop@outlook.com.
  • In your email, please include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the defect
    • A brief description of the issue
If the issue is approved, you may return the item. 📮 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
